Your park, in front of the people looking for it
Travellers search Trailer Park Finder by town, region and park type. A free listing puts you in those results. Featured placement puts you at the top of them.
A directory that works for the park, not against it
It costs nothing to be here
Every park in Canada and the USA gets a free listing whether it pays or not. Claim yours, set your rates and season, add photos, edit it any time.
Enquiries go straight to you
We take no booking fee, no commission and no cut. We never resell an enquiry to another park, and we never sell your contact details on.
You control what travellers see
Rates, season dates, hookups, pet rules, site counts. An out-of-date listing costs you bookings — a claimed one is yours to correct in a minute.
Found by people already looking
Every province, state and town has its own page. Travellers arrive searching for parks near where they’re headed, not browsing ads.
Be the first park they call
People searching your region see three parks before they see anyone else. Featured placement buys one of those spots — and an enquiry form instead of a phone number nobody rings on a Sunday night.

What paying does not do. It never moves an unpaid park down, never removes a competitor, and never changes search results. Featured slots sit alongside the listings, always labelled, and every park keeps the same free listing whether it pays or not.
What owners ask us
Does it really cost nothing to list?
Yes. The free listing is permanent and complete — contact details, site counts, season dates, rates and five photos. Featured placement is optional and changes nothing about your free listing.
What happens if I don’t claim my park?
It stays listed with whatever we could verify from public records, marked as unclaimed. Claiming it lets you correct anything wrong and add photos.
Do you take a commission on bookings?
No. We don’t handle bookings at all. Travellers call or email you directly, and nothing passes through us.
Will paying move me above other parks in search?
No. Featured slots are separate, labelled placements. Search results are ordered by relevance and distance and are not for sale.
Can I cancel featured placement?
Monthly, any time. Your free listing carries on exactly as before and your slot goes back into the pool for your region.
How do I report a park that has closed?
There’s a link on every listing. We check it and update or remove the entry — keeping the directory current is the whole point.
Add your park, free
Tell us where it is and we’ll either create the listing or hand you the one that’s already there. Takes about two minutes.
Run a resort rather than a park? RV Parks & Resorts is our inspected, invitation-only directory — twelve members per region, editorial write-ups, annual re-verification.
